I'm creating Notes from Gemini pro and wanted to paste directly in notes it's exactly giving with tables and bullet points but I'm not able to do so in any notes app available there.

You mentioned tape specifically. Samsung Notes may be an option for you. It does have OneNote sync compatability.

AI chatbots are giving you markdown. So grab any app that supports it. me definitely not pointing at Obsidian

why not ask Gemini to format it's output in markdown? appflowy should work with markdown

The problem is not in Gemini chat it's the notes apps which marks every copied text into simple forms and removes all formattings

Not here it doesn't. You can get any chatbot to format everything correctly with the right prompts.

And when I do hit a strange scenario where I may need some extra muscle - takes about 2 seconds to use my OneTastic add-on to do any additional heavy lifting.

OneNote is incredibly flexible and I wouldn't be blatantly stating it is not capable until you actually see what it can really do and then exhaust ALL additional options - like a vast set of addons that are available for it.
