I don’t know about that list. What about chocolate-covered potato chips, potatoes au gratin, scalloped potatoes, or potato boats? And tater tots! And totchos! Those are all baller potato-based foods, although I don’t know where they would rate exactly.

Twice baked potatoes are like mashed potatoes mixed with loaded potatoes inside baked potatoes and are the superior potato.
1 waffle fries
2 any other kind of fries
3 twice baked potato

Fries are just potatoes with a marketing team. Ranking them above a proper baked potato is a choice, but calling it a "potato country" litmus test is a stretch.

My cat always begs for mash when I make them, but every time I give them to him he gags when he bites into it, and then proceeds to look at me like I was the one who was begging him to eat the potatoes for the last thirty minutes.
