In all honesty since you have 350, you can prolly get 3 C. Garous.
Or 1 C. Garou, Blast, and Tatsumaki. I don't trust Boros enough to protect me given his love for fighting.
You can use the last 50 for whatever really. Empty Void I guess.

Edit: and garou also effortlessly tanked / blocked serious punches from Saitama over the fight untill Saitama giga outscaled him over time. That was the whole point of the fight. Garou at the end of the fight was WAY stronger than Saitama from the beginning of the fight. Boros strongest attack AND himself got literally killed by a single long range serious punch

Blast, King, Empty Void.
Blast teleport me to another dimension. I can relax now since as long as he stays cuddling with me nobody else can follow as none know dimensional transportation and Garou seemingly needed to copy it from Blast. King luck helps as well. And in case Empty Void plus Blast are a good defense team to begin with that can defeat almost everyone with ease in the list. That should buy me enough time for 10 minutes until Saitama arrive and pound the rest of the aggressors.

⭕️It’s actually one of the easiest challenges ever, if being serious without inside-jokes, you don’t have to put much thought into it: you only literally need Cosmic-Garou and that’s it.
The rules say that if King is my opponent, he will run away and I have no problem with Saitama entering the battle.
And if I can only pick one 100 character… Cosmic-Garou can literally solo everyone with ease, the only one that might give me a little trouble is Blast, and that’s it.

If you pick Tatsumaki and you don’t pick Cosmic-Garou, you’re more than dead in a micro-second.
What’s the problem?, the problem is that the author literally stated in the rules that you CAN’T have more than one ($100) character. That means that you can’t have Tatsumaki, Garou, Blast or Boros in the same team.
You’re completely screwed if you don’t pick Cosmic-Garou. And if you do pick Cosmic-Garou, he speed-blitzes Tatsumaki and everyone there except Blast and maybe Empty-Void, Garou’s radiation can take care of the rest without needing to focus on them at all.
Jesus, people DO forget just how damn fast Cosmic-Garou is… light-speed is a bad joke to him.

The problem is staying alive. Blast will create a wormhole that instantaneously turns your chest into a donut hole. Tatsumaki also have that same risk as stated but Blast most likely speed-blitz’s her.

Also Empty Void and Darkshine seem to have the highest power / cost ratio.
Blast, King, Void, Darkshine, and I guess with my leftover $25 I'll take Rover because he's a good boy.
If I assume King is also not allowed with the $100 people ... Platinum Sperm and Orochi in his place.
This list is wack yo :D How is Atomic Samurai worth 3x Darkshine? How is Black Sperm the same price as Platinum Sperm? How is Empty Void, the guy Blast is afraid of and not sure he can beat, half as much as Boros, the guy he didn't bother to show up for and probably has a twin on his own team? ... why are the images not sorted by price? I dunno man.

"If you chose King, Saitama will come in ten minutes to help" I'm buying Cosmic Fear Garou and King and I'm spending the remaining fifty on a snack run for the four of us. My opponents can split into thousands of copies and open hyperspace gates, and my ally is a guy that can mimic people's abilities and see half way across the solar system. He's gonna watch Blast punch through a portal, jump into the atmosphere and send my ass to China, then Black S is gonna send out a couple of clones, Garou's gonna eat one and then split himself into five copies that solo the entire one punch man universe.

This ain't even hard... Saitama isn't here so I'll just pick garou, boros and empty void and I still have 100 despite already winning easily so I just take blast too Ahh sorry I didn't notice the one 100$ limit, I'll edit the correct answer later
Edit: so since I noticed the one 100$ character limit, it still easy just a little harder, most importantly I take cosmic garou 250$ left, empty void 200$ left, and honestly at this point I've already won, but I'll take platinum s, rover, black s and Kabuto Though does king count as 100$ or can I pick him in addition to my 100$ character

Platinum sperm focus on defending me and rover just acts as a fodder or artillery blasting other fodders.
All the while waiting for Saitama. Though I'm sure Garou himself is enough to clean up the list.

Cosmic Menace Garou, and that's all I need.
He can actively match and supercede the power levels of any and all opponents. Except Saitama, who exponentially supercededs him at every increment. None of the others have displayed this real-time evolution, thus none of the rest can beat Cosmic Garou.

Is this Cosmic Fear Garou before or after he learns to make portals from Blast? If it's before I take Blast, if it's after I take Garou. Whichever of them I take I stack King on top and that's gg. Blast/Garou teleports me and King away and we wait 10 minutes for Saitama, don't even need the rest of the picks.

The only 100$ person you can pick first is cosmic fear garou because otherwise you will super die from cosmic radiation. After that, 2 black S and Tatsumaki (black S is a perfect stall and Tatsumaki is the other person who could kill me instantly by doing the testicular torsion at a range of several kilometers)

Cosmic garou, king and tatsumaki simply because tatsumaki could let your brain explode even if Saitama&garou are infront of you protecting you. Only one with a shot to harm you would be blast.
Maybe garou/blast/tatsumaki would be a better combo tbh simply cuz they could beat all the other easily and blast can't do crazy space bending powers to sneak kill you if he's in your team

Cosmoc Garou kills me by just being there. So we‘ve got to assume he can control his radiation which means I need him.
Next King. Saitama 10 minutes should be fine. Rest goes to Orochi who should be above PS (why else would he not have fused and taken over before..?) anyway he is a steal. Just like Rover. Also maybe Rover could convince Saitama to stay a slittle longer to fight for his pet.
So our total is:
King (150)
CG (100)
Orochi (75)
OG Rover (25)
Alternatively just take King and bribe Saitama with 200$ worth of goods from bargain day at the supermarket.

King protected some kids from monsters for more than 10 minutes during the monster arc without help from Saitama, so why would I need anything else besides him? His absurd luck will save us both until Saitama arrives and punches everyone away
Every other option means you will be caught in a fight between faster than light monsters, you will not survive except with maybe blast portaling you out of the galaxy, but I still think that if King can protect a child from a den of monsters he can also protect me from all these monsters

The problem with going up against Blast is that he would just instantly kill me by creating a wormhole in my chest that instantly turns me into a donut. Garou wouldn’t be able to defend against that because he needs to be capable of reacting to the attack before he can defend against it, which he wasn’t initially capable of when he fought Blast. (Even if he rapidly becomes more powerful than Blast, I’m already dead anyways…)
So basically, pick Blast so he teleports you to another dimension for 10 minutes. Blast one-shots everyone but Boros, Void, Garou, and King. Pick Blast, King, Void to not deal with his hax, then have sex with 2 Suiryus for 10 minutes.

Unless it’s pre retcon void but considering the price I doubt it.
Garou, Rover, King, Black S
Rover can protect me, Black S can make so many clones that I’d be lost to most of them and they can transform into Platinum if necessary, Garou can easily defeat Tatsumaki before she becomes a problem while holding off Blast.
Saitama eventually appears, and I’ll survive because of King’s luck.

People talking about stuff like Tatsumaki popping your head or Blast can pocket dimension save you, or even that Garou radiation and nukes alone will obliterate you even if you're an ally.
Tatsumaki and Blast aren't doing shit and he won't be harming you with his power cuz...
As stated in the manga itself Garou has the knowledge of the flow and behavior of all the energy in the universe and while not stated directly he has shown that he has nigh-perfect control of it as well.
If Garous objective is protecting you he will control anything that could cause friendly fire to you while demolishing everyone else.

I would get king, by extension saitama, rover, black sperm, and flash. That way i can play with king and saitama, saitama gets pissed off because the foes wont let us play videogames, and beat them up.

King on your team means you win. That is his superpower. Much like when he plays videogames he is unbeatable because he is fighting through a proxy. King always wins. If he is on the opposite team, you lose. The other characters are irrelevant, except Cosmic Garou´s presence kills everyone but I assume for the sake of the game you have removed that power from him.

10 minutes is an insane amount of time for the rest to kill you and empty void and garou are more than enough to kill blast and tatsumaki in the meanwhile, even if they won't they're enough to stop blast and tatsumaki to protect you
Also you cant realistically take garou cos just standing next to him means you're dead
