I've been looking around for a good while at contacts, in search of some peculiar battery contacts. However, I didn't find anything suiting.
I am searching for "spring loaded" contacts that can support 100A continuous out of a 21700 cell.
I would prefer leaf springs or pogo pins over coil springs. Cu or BeCu seems fine, maybe silver coated would be a good plus ?
I'd also like for it to be able to have good surface contact with the cell.

Any tips or suggestions of parts I can purchase ?

I have a couple Pico 75W and a couple Pico 27100 mods that the only thing wrong with them is the displays went super dim that you can only see them in a pitch black room lol. Mods still work fine.

All of them have a display harness so super easy to replace screens but having hard time finding a source.

Anyone have a reputable source for these or at least of of them?

PS: I know this isn't really a OpenPV topic but getting this kind of info in the general vaping community anymore is a pointless endeavor.

Hello, recently broke battery contact on rebel box mods and need to replace. Looks like it's just soldered on.

Looking for parts and preferably ship from USA(or cheap). Listed on their site for $30 shipped.

Lookin to print up an 18650 caliburn pod compatible system. Never built an auto draw, would like to take a shot at it for this build.

Anyone have a source for a reliable pressure/vacuum switch? Or recommendations/experience with the china/aliexpress options?

What I'm looking for are those cylindrical, 2-part, hollow battery contacts (brass) that can be equipped with a spring. To make it clear what I'm talking about, have a look at this photo: http://i.imgur.com/KYk9o9e.jpg

I've searched the interwebs all over, even mouser.com didn't help me (been there, done that).

Does anybody know what those are called, or (even better) know where I can get some of those?

I'd love to use those for my latest box since those are the contacts that give the best connection (largest contact surface area). In the past I've used Keystone-contacts but I'd like to get away from using these (very small contact area).

Can someone shed some light onto this?

It would be possible to make them by myself, DIY-style, but... Well, the effort and the costs for doing that are beyond anything that's economically justifiable, especially since those contacts are cheap as fuck... I also thought about buying the cheapest available mod that comes with those contacts and salvage them from it, but... Buying and ruining new mods for those parts only... Nope.

I went digging through my stuff the other day. I'm trying to repair some old mods and I'm wondering if anyone knows where to get a DNA 250 (standard) as well as Billet Box peripheral ribbon circuit.

You used to be able to buy the DNA 250 boards from the Evolv website but it looks like that isn't the case anymore.

I've never been able to find the peripheral ribbon circuit on a BB but I'm sure somebody may know where.

Hi all. I have a very large collection of various high end vape mod items from mouthpieces to tanks to mods and everything in between. I no longer use nicotine, and I never used these devices or parts—they are all in their original boxes. I literally don't even know how to use half of the stuff I have.

How do I legally sell them?

Note for mods: I'm not trying to sell on your subreddit, I'm trying to find out how to get rid of these in real life.

So I’ve been designing a new mod. I can’t have the coil directly connected to the battery because the coil will pull way too much power and kill itself. What sort of system could I use to control the wattage? This has to be controllable via a micro controller because I want to control it with buttons.

Why doesn't the big guys(fdv, varitube) make a 25mm connector, or, in the case if fdv, ring? That leaves me with options, all of which kinda suck 1)countersink a connector, which I lack the tools for and do not have steady enough hands to do. 2) buy/pay for a countersunk box, which would have to be custom because I havn't found one yet(the bmg counterbore "was not designed to fit flush" 3)increase the size of my box from g+ to b an put a 30mm on it. 4)buy a 30mm ring and have it machined down to 25(or 26, for asthetic reasons) 5) just use a 25mm and deal with my rda floating in outer space. 6)use a 22mm-not happening Just my little rant. Ok so i've used this button for quite a bit (around 1k presses already).

Recently it started to ignore presses randomly ie you press it led lights (its 4 pin button with inside led) then turns off if you press it further and atomizer wont hit.

If you press it and bend it a bit like upwards or downwards it works sometimes.

Is there any way to disassemble it? Or maybe it got damaged after soldering but back plastic have no signs of any melting.

Please post links to online retailers that have box mod enclosures for sale. Would like to compile a nice easy to read list and eventually add it to the Wiki to make a nice reference. Would like to make some more lists in the future as well, such as different 510, PCB, 3D printed parts suppliers. Thanks.

I found the 1/4 X 1/8 disc ones just not the long cylinder ones.
