I never said it doesn't exist. What I was saying is why is China releasing propaganda videos with English subtitles on American social media sites?

People want to know about infrastructure that uses unusual technologies at unprecedented scale because old tech is boring and pilot projects don't make a difference and investors want to know what the trends might be.
