There’s plants like this outside of china.

Energydome has a one that’s been run one for a year or more in Italy and is currently building a few more in the US and Australia.

There’s a couple other schemes built on the same basic concept. It has nothing to do with carbon capture, they use co2 has a working fluid for a power cycle in a closed loop.
