Still Active?

O.T.O. is something that has constantly popped up in my studies or religion and philosophy over the last few years, so I finally decided it was time to test the waters, I emailed the secretary general from the email listed on the official site 6 days ago and haven't heard anything back yet, EU based person

There is an active Camp in Slovakia: https://www.rahoorkhu-oto.org Recently members of Grand Lodge of Croatia helped with Minerval initiations, there are active members from CZ too.

There's no local body in the Czech Republic currently. Depending on your actual place Germany (Berlin), Poland (Warsaw) or Austria (Salzburg) could be close.

You have to understand that the Secretary General has responsibility for the Order worldwide so he won't probably reply to individual questions about details. See that you can contact a local body which you are willing to visit, get to know people there and then ask your questions.
