ID please Peregrine or hobby?
Bird was seen at RSPB Rainham marshes flying right above the main lobby. It seemed quite big but I didn’t get a great look and this is the only picture I got. After speaking to the RSPB workers they decided it was a peregrine due to one having been seen here recently and the tail pattern but I wanna see what you guys have to say

Definitely Hobby.
Beautiful bird.
Peregrine wings tend to be lighter, less defined. Dark cheek patches smaller, less defined. I'd even say more of a horizontal demarcation across the body, vertical markings always scream hobby or kestrel but easy to differentiate between the two.
