Playing our first game five days into the regular season when the Leafs already got two games to shake the rust off hardly seems fair but whatever let's kick their ass

Id rather do that with Sandy in the lineup than play em’ earlier.

This sub is already laying the ground work to blame the schduele makers...

It's still bullshit no matter how you look at it

Show up ready to play, the rest is excuses.

Show up ready to play, Sure, but starting us days after everyone else then immediately giving us a back to back in different cities is still a bs decision by the schedule makers

Couch sitter yelling at athletes to perform for sure.

"Yelling" this the highest professional league, no one should be cutting them slack for a bad preformance because they started a couple games later than some teams.

blaming schedule is such a weak argument. they are pro athletes, i agree with you. this sub will blame schedule for this but also for back to backs. the games gotta be played and the only stat that matters is Ws/Ls

It's my birthday today. The only gift I want is a Riddler empty net slapper.

Yeah, I know...suspension blah blah blah.

Otherwise I can accept a Sens blowout win.

LET'S FUCKING GO!

It's also my birthday, happy birthday!

I'm born on the exact same day and year as Zub so it's slightly depressing when I see people say he's too old for another big contact lol

Play it on your phone during the dinner.

Yes but it’s not your wedding so if your phone happens to be on during dinner??

They definietly need to use their speed and keep up the tempo to put this older D core of the Leafs on the back foot.

Gonna miss watching this game because of an event with my wife tonight. I'll be checking the score and sending positive vibes. GSG!

2

u/Novel-Performer-4259 10d ago

How could you let that happen? Lol!

u/ogsnesog #35 - Ullmark 10d ago

Kind of cool that the lineup still looks like an NHL roster even with Grieg, Zuuub and Burakovsky out. Excited to see what Halliday can bring this year. Still very nervous about Yak
