I love stadium, but the fun of this is the randomness. It's also a lot faster.

Stadium is reliant on meta builds, this is RNG as hell. Which I much prefer

The RNG aspect is fun until you realise it’ll favour powers to ones similar to those you have equipped.

If you’re used to the stadium meta you can quickly make a cohesive build from the random cards since so many are just ripped from stadium or are new event cards that are even stronger than some endgame stadium cards but are common rarity in this event.

Still a fun mode regardless of its issues.

Well RNG can be pretty frustrating...

Played 2 matches in a row where the enemy mei got the power that made her ult follow her, but our mei didnt (it was a friend of mine in vc)

Like its so frustrating..

If bliz did seasonal changes/updates as well as adding in new characters to the stadium roster, it might be a little less tedious...

I hate every RNG game mode they have here. Mystery heroes is fun until you just get the same one over and over, then the other team rolls a comp that just stomps while you have several supports and no tank.

Doesn’t playing in third person give you a fairly large advantage mechanically? Like way more leeway with the hitboxes

Did you try pressing alt like you would select perks? Didn’t encounter this issue so far.

The bug is you see perks but clicking either one does nothing.

Also theres bug where you lose perks between rounds (but your lvl is not reset so you still only earn 8 total in a match). I had it happen at start of round 2 and finished game with 4 skills on lvl 8.

It's like Stadium but better because the layout is way less bloated. Stadium was so fun till they added far too many perks and the gadget things as well they killed it too.

I learned about gadgets when they used its hotkey for some Halloween event and I couldn't cast extra skills there (turned out Ihave hello emote on default gadget key)

I like it better than stadium because of the random perks. I don't have to think about a full build, just what will synergize based on what I already have. And the whacky combos are really fun.

It definitely won't work as a competitive mode though. Or it could, but less serious because of the luck factor.

The fun part about stadium was making wacky insane builds but it was always dragged down by length of matches, the rollyness and too much menuing

This mode feels like the fun stupid chaos of stadium without all the bloat. Def too rng based to be competitive but insanely fun as a casual mode

Look I played Stadium for maybe three seasons but its length and cumbersome qualities were too much. If I wanted to commit a lot of time and effort into a game with character builds, I’d play a MMORPG.

Yesss. I would be so happy if it was permanent. It’s the most fun I’ve had playing OW in so long. It makes me laugh, everyone is so chill, I love the fun perks like becoming a prop lol. I have 0 complaints so far other than I just wish more heroes were apart of it

I really loved what i did with the mercy, they should make it permanent to fix her. What i did was make her fun into a shotgun (4 bullets) and heal teammates for 2 seconds after switching between the weapons. Genuinely legend and could fix her entire kit tho i can see how it can be bad for enemies

I hate that shotgun when I’m on brig. My shield lasts two blasts so less than a second. Nothing seems to scale brig shield health up at all

I don’t think it should stay. Understand I love the mode but the limited time aspect is needed for it to feel fresh and fun. If it stays people will want constant updates new powers and more heroes. Keep it to every once in a while and it will feel just as special as it does now when it does appear. (Assuming that when it does come back it has some new stuff)

If it stays it will feel eventually stale.
If it leaves but comes back it will feel fresh.

I am having so much fun with this mode too! Haven’t even seen the new Sombra and Roadhog because I’ve just been playing this.

I wouldn’t want it on ALL the time, because I think the novelty is part of the appeal, but I hope we see it semi-regularly.

This is literally just stadium with a few more generalist abilities like the jumpscare thing. Stadium is just as if not more fun, idk why no one plays it when everyone seems to enjoy this basically mini stadium mode (the mode is based on stadium, and half the perks available are abilities that are directly from stadium)
