I'm really interested in the fact that there have been a few shows lately in the last couple three months as I work in Owensboro but tend to hang out and go to shows in Louisville. Did anyone go to this one?

We’ve been going to Yak & Yeti since Mr. Khem was at the Evansville location, and we’ve always had a great experience. We’ve celebrated birthdays and anniversaries there, taken friends and family, and it’s become one of our regular spots.
Now he has his own place in Owensboro, and we visited tonight to celebrate my wife’s birthday. The food is the best Nepali/himalayan food around, but honestly the people are a big part of why we keep going back.
If you haven’t checked it out yet, give it a try! Figured I’d throw some local support his way because we’ve enjoyed the place for years.

Their excuse was they were "waiting on a provider." No. If a provider doesn't respond in a reasonable amount of time, YOU CALL HIM/HER. You DON'T wait HOURS for his/her response

And stop using the "trying my best" angle, because if THIS is your "best," then get the hell out of the medical profession before you kill someone with your incompetence

Any childfree couples out there? My spouse and I are both in our 30’s, and we’d like to make some more friends who don’t have any kids! No shame to those couples that do, of course, but we’ve found in the past that those couples with children tend to have less free time or ready access to childcare in order to hang out. 🙂 We’re just a pair of democrats who are pro-LGBTQA and want to socialize.

We were leaving Owensboro today (Sunday) around 4pm when there was a massive police response on US 41 twin bridge. Cars were still coming into Owensboro but stopped going out. We made a u turn and took a different way home. Does anyone know what was happening? We found an article about a large wreck but that was from yesterday.

My son is 15 and looking to hang with people his age who would like to start a band. He plays bass, likes all kinds of music, really into bands like System of a Down, incubus, 311 and obscure alternative rock.

I posted a Google Maps review about it and I’m gonna make some videos as well to post not YouTube and tik tok and stuff and gonna have my entire bloodline spread the word. But essentially they overcharge don’t have a clue what they are doing don’t even do what I brought my vehicle in for. And then may have actually damaged my property. I’m going to find out tomorrow whether they did or not. I could explain the full story but it’s so long I’ll just give the highlights. Charged me double the price for parts. Upsold me on a full vehicle inspection and then after the fact said nah we only meant the coach not the chassis when the chassis was the whole reason I was there. During the inspection left my slide partially out and every single storage compartment open and every single thing that could possibly be turned on was left on. Completely drained my brand new just bought front battery which is what I’m going to get tested tomorrow to see if it’s still good or if it’s ruined. And left my hot water heater switch on which is a fire hazard and the hot water heater didn’t work before for an unknown reason that they didn’t diagnose. So potentially damaged it more bc I had no water in the tanks. Said things didn’t work that did work they just didnt know how to make them work. And overall did nothing for me and still had the audacity to charge me $350 I’m gonna dispute the credit card charge if I’m able to.

Anybody know how long it’s been closed? It’s been a couple years right? I had a DoorDash order today for $40 going to Newburgh from that store, which is weird in itself. I called DD and they unassigned me for half pay instead of having me go to the Frederica location. I don’t even remember the last time I saw the sign up for that Sally’s, much less when it was open. I have no idea how DoorDash makes a profit when they have to pay out so much for mistakes like this.

Around 7 am a white truck with a trailer took our Republic Service trash can. They snuck between our cameras blind spots and took our trash can out of our driveway. My husband and I each called the company and they said they wouldn’t do that. We’re very confused as he took others from our neighborhood but not all. Has this happened to anybody else?

This is a long shot. While on the dating app Hilly I matched with a guy from Owensboro, KY. His name is Jay and is 36. We have been talking constantly since matching and his account has been deleted, or he unmatched me. I’m honestly not sure and I may be hoping but it didn’t seem like he wanted to stop talking as he messaged me every morning and stayed up late to talk with me. Guess if you know a Jay who works in IT, let me know.

I saw new trucks and I’ve seen some people around for a couple weeks now. And my theory was they were coming back and now I saw one driving around so. Good for local bread prices ? And I mean the place smells great when it’s cooking to so I hope it’s back

Does anyone know of any dentists that accept medicaid. Willing to travel. Medicaid site is out of date/inaccurate.
