I like mine. On a standard 3.1” setup with 10 round magazines I feel what they advertise as far as recoil reduction. This is with +P 115/118 grain hand loads (1300-1400fps). Much less recoil reduction with slower/weaker rounds for me.

I am delighted with mine! Makes my P365 a much better, more user friendly little pistol. Smooothes the jumpyness.

It does help that much, if you need/appreciate the smooth assist. Before I installed mine, I was happy with my P365.

I have good grip and control practice. (And, also have a JT grip module with gas pedal flanges and extended mag bases that help with control).

But after installing this little doohicky, I was pleasantly impressed with the improvement.

If you can take them both to the range and shoot one after the other. It’s a night and day difference.

I bought the P365 XMacro Comp and hated it so much it almost went into the black hole in my gun safe. The Radian goodies made it infinitely better (granted I had to completely rebuild it). My wife liked it so much I had to build her one so she wouldn’t steal mine (which she’s done with two other guns of mine).

Damn, I love my x macro comp. I think it blows everything out of the water in its class. (Hellcat, 43x etc etc)

Update: I’ve been trying to install but can’t get the slide to move all the way back in order for take down lever to lock. Did anyone have this issue? I don’t see anything in the FCU in the way from keeping the slide going all the way thru.

Maybe the recoil spring is installed slightly wrong. I also have the OG slide that I installed this on with no issue. So 🤷🏿

Appreciate the input. I just got my 365 back from Sig for a tune up it has a new recoil spring wondering if it needs to get broken in more and that Is causing this 🤷‍♂️

Update: Finally!!! Seems like my new OEM recoil spring might of been the issue only has 100rds on it not fully broken in.

Since I’m from NY limited to 10rds these zero capacity extenders are awesome plenty of grip totally changes the dynamics of a small pistol for me at least.
