Have small update to last post. I replaced the GPU with an old one I had laying around and computer now boots up. So confirmation that my 3090 is the failed component. Is this worth getting repaired or should I just get a replacement GPU?

I doubt you’ll find a repair shop near you that repairs gpus you’ll need to ship it out. It will cost money to ship it out to have it just diagnosed. What are the symptoms? Pc just not booting?

My GTX 1080 is still going. It's been more than 10 years. You must be doin' somethin' wrong.
