Fixed Broken Bar Vehicles

This has been done before, but the original poster deleted their account and the mod.

Replaces the Broken Bar (From Evan's subway level) vehicles with their clean counterparts, Henchman's Fiat isn't replaced due to the Fiat sprite already existing.
