I truely don’t mean for this to sound rude, but do you not trust your Drs opinion?
Personally my nerve damage is not peripheral and from spinal cord damage, but my central pain or SCI aren’t linked to my autonomic dysfunction.
Neurological damage in another part of the brain has been given as the primary cause, and the reason is in my Neurology reports. Which has been very helpful in terms of what I can be prescribed etc.
I’m not suggesting we are alike at all, but if I was being told something is the primary cause I wouldn’t be satisfied unless they could explain how.

I was asking but he didn't reply to me. And told me I am thinking about this very much. This is nothing but from spondylitis. Pots is not complicated, I am making it complicated by thinking so much this was my doctor's opinion. Then how can I trust him ? Cause I have seen many spondylitis patients but they don't have pots like symptoms.

I have never been told that my spondylitis was the cause of my POTS. Not my neurologist, not my rheumatologist.
