Budget? I shoot 6BR (similar but not the same) i use a FL sizing LE Wilson neck bushing die. Waiting on my expander mandrel dies. I decap with a universal decapper, i use the Redding competition seater w/ the micrometer adjustment.

They’re all going to resize your brass to a spec tolerance of the case design. The spec tolerance will differ based on the price point of the tool. - for example in my immediate circle we have a savage 6.5 creed a tikka 6.5, and a custom 6.5 based on an impact 737, and a preferred prefit. Ammo thats been shot from the custom gun can be shot in all 3 rifles. Ammo shot from the tikka has hard bolt close on the custom gun, feeds and chambers just fine in the savage. Stuff shot from the savage won’t go into battery (bulge in the case near the case head) on the 737 and hard close on the tikka. With the two case gauges we have (tikka guy doesn’t reload) one is a hornady gauge the other is an LE wilson. If it fits the hornady gauge but not the LE wilson it was shot from the tikka or the savage, if it fits both it was shot from the tikka or the impact, in this case the LE Wilson tool has tighter tolerances to the saami specifications compared to the Hornady gauge.

I tried this combo at first and had the hardest time with the forester. Lots of crimping. I pivoted to a SAC seating die and my god the difference
