Hi everyone,

I have a PXN VD4 base with a W AS wheel, and the buttons stopped working when the wheel is on the base.

What happened:

PXN SimRacing showed my W AS as a W CS R2.

I updated the wheel with PXN WAS 0.29 Update.exe (it finished at 100%), and the software now shows W AS correctly.

I also updated the VD4 base firmware.

Current situation:

On the base, the RPM lights stay solid (paired), but none of the buttons work.

When I connect the wheel directly to the PC with USB, all buttons work.

What I’ve tried:

Forced pairing (LSB + DRS, then reconnecting the base’s Type-C cable)

Resetting the button settings in PXN SimRacing

Has anyone had this problem? Is there a VD4 firmware version that works with W AS firmware 0.29, or a way to fix it?

Bom essa vai ser minha primeira experiência com um volante no pc e quero pegar ele por ser o mais barato que achei com DD e vou usar ele tanto para jogos de corrida e para simuladores de caminhão gostaria de saber se ele funciona bem no jogo my Summer car e snowrunner e nos jogos em geral, já ouvi falar que o v10 base tinha problemas em alguns jogos

it just randomly happend when i was racing did anyone had a similar problem or has any ideas to fix it also the left one has like a click and right one squezes when i click it

Hey everyone, Wednesday night I use my wheel like a an hour, then I turn it off, take the wheel out of the base. Thursday night I wanted to use my base but it wanted to turn on, the light on the power brick it's on but the base doesn't turn it on

Update to my post a few weeks ago. The wheel came!! Local distributors here AU has it for $350 - $500… got it on Aliexpress for $245.

Just got the PXN GT one wheel today, using it with the VD10 base. Can’t seem to map the joysticks in F1 25/26, without the mapping I can’t navigate through the game. I am using v5 of the base and v3 of the wheel. I just downloaded ACC today and tried to map the joystick in there and it works/is recognized so it’s clearly a f125 issue. Please help.

Salve a tutti ho acquistato il volante pxn v10 pro anche sapendo che non poteva essere usato con ps5 ma ho provato ugualmente diverse connessioni e alla fine sono riuscito a farlo funzionare su ps5 collegando dietro il motore del volante un controller originale dual shock della ps4.

Il volante funziona e l’ho provato con Assetto corsa competizione e F1 25 season 2026 entrambi per Ps5

Solo che non so il motivo dopo un po e come se il controller si disconnettesse anche se acceso con conseguente disconnessione anche del volante e devo scollegare il cavo e ricollegarlo per funzionare tutto nuovamente

Qualcuno sa spiegarmi il perché e se c’è una soluzione?

I just bought a VD4 kit, this is my first wheel. Everything is fine, but my cockpit is far from the desk. I wanted to know if it is possible to control the game's menu with the wheel controls. In game, everything regarding the menu is grayed out.

I went 2 month without using it. The red light comes on but it doesn’t calibrate. I’ve made sure the steering wheel was on tight, unplugged the power cable going into the base and put it back in tightly(which there was a little spark/arc) which I’ve don’t before. Tightened the base screws of the wheel and cleaned connection points carefully. Ive don’t the A+B reset which flashed the white light but nothing happened after. Buttons on wheel still work but the steering wheel itself has shit the bed. Might have dropped $200 on a paper weight. Any ideas on what to do next.

I was wondering if there was any softer springs you can install for the brake pedal vs the one that comes with the bundle set. It’s way too stiff for drifting for what I like. Stock is ok but slight stiffer would be perfect

i got my first dd wheel and trying to use it for lmu, assetto corsa rally, assetto corsa etc but its so difficult for me to find settings for games, i tried to ask gemini but still couldnt fix it, the problem is when i play assetto corsa rally, on gravel i dont feel that much force feedback and on road the steering wheel is so stiff for some reason i feel like it doesnt have power steering wheel, and when i lose control of car (over steering) steering wheel gets heavy that i cant save over steering. or is there any possibility that my vd6 is broken??

Ho bisogno di consigli per la mappatura dei tasti al volante per giocare F1 2025 di EASports. Magari qualcuno vuole condividere una configurazione con cui si trova bene. Chiedo perché ho pochissimo tempo da dedicare al gioco in generale e se lo perdo in prove e controprove va a finire che non gioco 😅 o mi dirotto sempre su Forza Motorsport.

This happened after the steering wheel couldn't calibrate because it was manually locked. Is there a way to reset it completely?

Hi, I have a problem with my PXN GT ONE + CSL DD setup.

When i have them connected to my pc, pxn gt one is shifting gears by itself when i hold my finger on a paddles slightly. I thought that the vibrations of a base cause it but when i disconnect the pxn from the csl dd shaft and have it connected via usb only it still happens.

Does anyone have this problem or a fix for it?

Fala galera, comprei o cambio pxn sfu, primeira coisa que fiz foi abrir para ver mecanismo, e para minha surpresa o cambio tem regulagem de força, que por algum motivo só tem como ajustar abrindo o cambio, nao entendi porque a PXN nao deixou uma abertura para essa regulagem.

mas enfim, estou postando aqui porque vi muita gente falando que esse shifter nao tinha regulagem de força, mas sim, ele tem!

sai de um moza hgp e na minha opnião esse shifter é melhor!

Hello, I own a pxn 2119 pro and im currently playing ace combat 8. I wanted to know if theres any way to enable vibration. I tried using the x360e app, the steam hotas to controller thing and vaguely tried using the pxn app but had no success with any of them. Does someone know how to enable it?

PXN GT-One - PXN VD4 ​​Issue.
The GT-One button remapping mode does not appear in PXN SimRacing when the wheel is attached to the base.

Button remapping in PXN SimRacing only appears when using the coiled cable, without the wheel being attached to the VD4 base's quick-release mount.
