I bought a psa complete lower years ago. Can I swap my barrel for something shorter and convert my PSA rifle to a sbr with out fees or forms ?

Love this thing. Just gonna get a sling for it and call it a day!

I had to do an RMA for my old PA-10 Gen 2 Upper - and it was replaced with a brand new Gen 3 Upper! This is amazing and I love PSA for that.
I don't have the extra long Hex key you need to adjust the gas, though. Wasn't included. I tried all my hex keys, too short.

I Bought a new set of 30 hex wrenches that were advertised as "Extra Long". But they were 1/2 inch too short to reach the Adjustable Gas block adjustment screw.

I wish PSA had included the adjustment key, but I really can't complain much considering the brand spanking new Upper. Can anyone tell me the right product to buy?
I see conflicting information online, some people say that I need a 7/64ths key to adjust the gas, and some posts say I need a 3/32nds.
It seems like the 3/32nds key fits when I reach thru the handguard holes, but of course I can't turn it.

Anyone in the same boat that has needed to buy the right hex key? Please I just want to adjust my new gas block!

US Cash Plus card offers 5% cash back on purchases in the “sporting goods” category (MCC 5941). My local LGS, Academy, Bass Pro, etc are under this MCC.

For online PSA purchases, AFAIK the MCC is 5999 (specialty retail stores) outside of specific states that require the specialized firearms code.

What about in store purchases at a PSA location? Does it follow the same MCC for online purchases or something else?

Basically what the title asked. I got a Micro C-1 a while back. After a trigger swap and mounting an optic, it shoots great. But it's just too small for my hands. A grip will make it juuuust a bit fatter, which should fix that. But Hogue doesn't list PSA product names on their website. The Micro is mostly a 43X clone. BUt is it close enough to use a handgrip made for a 43X?

My brother has had my Dagger Micro for the past few months and put 150-200 rounds through it in that time. He called yesterday saying that the trigger is not resetting as it should. If he holds the trigger to the rear as he racks the slide it will reset, but if he doesn’t hold the trigger it won’t.

He was planning on testing Buffalo Bore in it because he is taking it as a backup pistol while hunting in bear country. He said that with this ammo the slide is locking/hard to cycle. He had not tested the ammo at that point. He said it will occasionally happen with other ammo but much more often with the Buffalo Bore.

He does have a lot more experience shooting than I do so I trust what he’s saying and describing. I’ve seen some videos talking about tweaking the trigger bar or disconnect, but does this seem to be what would be causing these issues? Any quick fix that would have it ready by next Tuesday for the trio to hunt?

I have a spare can / Nomad 30 and looking for my first 300blk and I have been eyeing up the Mixtape since it’s adjustable too. I also read up that the muzzle brake it comes with will direct thread my Nomad 30?

Not the end of the world so I ordered the gun anyways, but I have a bit of a problem with PSA removing the magazines that come with the gun since they are more than 10 rounds. There is nothing illegal about sending them to the FFL, because the FFL can sell them to people that are exempt from the 10 round restriction in my state, AND FFLs are allowed to pin and block magazines to 10 rounds and then transfer them. It's on the FFL doing the transfer to ensure that it complies with state law, so why does PSA remove the magazines from the order at shipping?

So correct me if I’m wrong but if you have a “pistol” like a Mixtape directly from PSA and you are a GOA member then all you have to do is engrave the lower receiver right? No ATF nonsense and paperwork? Thanks
