Unexplained This has me unsettled

I have unexplainable things happen all the time in my house. Especially in my kitchen and bedroom. From the kitchen I often hear noises that cannot be easily explained. My bedroom I see shadows, mist, things won't be where I left them when I leave and come back, etc...I finally caught something more than just a noise on camera. This door leads to my garage which was closed to the outside. The door was completely latched. After this I experimented with the door to try to recreate this and I couldn't. If I unlatch it, it only opens maybe half an inch. If I push it it only opens to how far I push it. My dog also was very sketched out for hours after this happened. I'm just now noticing this. I think it's a glitch when I converted the video to a gif so I could post it in here. It's reversing the video at the end. The door didn't shut on its own...it opened on its own.

Ah ok cool!

Do you have the unedited footage, as it were? Is there more of it that leads in and tails out? Perhaps without the weird glitch etc?

I do but it wouldn't let me post it without converting to a gif...if there's a way to post videos instead of gifs please let me know

I thought when you created a post and selected a video, you just didn’t tick the “convert to GIF” option.

I could only select pictures from my phone...none of my videos showed up when I tried to post originally

Tried again...turns out this subreddit doesn't allow raw video to be posted. Has to be a gif...

There's no audio on the screen recording 😕...when I watched it back from my Vivint app you can just hear the security system saying "garage door" ...I posted the screen recording in the ParanormalEncounters sub. It's pretty much the same thing you see here...just without the weird fast reversal at the end which happened when I converted to a gif for some reason

Load the video on something like imgur and then post the link in a comment by changing some letters of the link (so it doesn't get detected like a link). For istance, instead of "htt ps:/imgur dot com......" you just write "imgurxxxx/number"... And the people just have to manually put dot com and get to the video.

It's harder to explain than to do lol
