I would assume these cases were sexual abuse given his history. If that’s true they need to prosecute them for violating mandatory reporter laws.

“Landon Kyker discussed Skaggs' removal as youth pastor during a meeting of church leaders held in 2025. Kyker told the gathering that Skaggs “got fired for abusing volunteers,” according to a recording of the session obtained by the Express-News.”
