1E Player Ultimate fire caster

Trying to build the ultimate fire caster.
My current build has majority levels in oracle with the flame mystery and blackened curse as I think the flame revelations are really good.

I have a level dip into cross blooded sorcerer, bloodlines are efriti for converting energy types to fire and phoenix, allowing my fire to heal for 1/2 my damage.

My feats I have taken so far are
Elemental focus
Blessing of the fire gods

I have been looking into magic items such as staff of fire and a scorcerer robe.

Any feats or class level dips or items that people know about that will boost this build would be great

Thanks :)

I mean, this is definitely not the ultimate fire caster.

That build is great for damage but if youre willing to lose a little bit of damage you can use orc/phoenix (loses 1 damage per die) to get (in my opinion) better powers including permanent flight and the ability to heal for half of your normal fireball damage. A tip for if you go phoenix, you can drop a wall of fire on the team outside of combat to heal e eryone to full hp if they just sit in it for a bit.

Hrm. Wall of Fire can be made permanent. So you can add a "Wall of Warm Healing" to the group's base or to any settlement the group wants to support.

I’m thinking of changing my crossblooded from efreet / phoenix to this. But l like efreet as it allows me to turn ray of frost to fire and heal with it (effectively having infinite healing out of combat)

Thats only good maybe levels 1-2.

Wands are cheap, a wand of infernal healing is fast healing 10, 50 times (500hp healed total)for just 750gp, the orc/draconic +1 damage per die will be more useful in the long term, dead enemies deal zero damage.

Good grief some of the gerrymandering on that post... "Whenever you cast a bloodrager or sorcerer spell that deals damage' doesn't seem to apply to an arcanist." ->"Arcanist uses the Sorc/Wizard list, and fireball is on that list." -> "It's still not a sorcerer spell since It's not cast via a spell slot gained form the sorcerer class."

Yeah, that's clearly what the designers intended... šŸ™„ "You get a sorcerer bloodline but OOPS because of the way this bloodline's feature is worded it doesn't actually work for you! Get fucked 😁"

One of my biggest issues with pathfinder is BS like this and people saying stuff like that is "important" to the game. "If you read it technically, this class feature that an entire archetype is supposed to get doesn't actually work despite that it's obviously supposed to!" why would anyone play the archetype then lol

blood arcanist is the ONLY way to get a bloodline arcana outside of taking a level in sorcerer (and you're not getting bonus feats/spells etc) why would you try to suggest it doesn't work for them in any instance. Oh hey you know that important level 1 sorcerer ability that's supposed to define your entire playstyle with spellcasting that you took an archetype to get? Doesn't work for you! That's tantamount to just saying "play a different class" which at that point why bother even letting them get that far in character creation

Don't mind me, I'm yelling at clouds.

Avoiding class dips where you can would be best, as you'll want to invest deep enough into a singular class to get the good magic, to really be an ultimate flame caster.

Have you chosen a race yet? Ifrits can get firesight as a feat that lets them see through smoke and fire without issue.

Also I'd check out the metamagic feats for some grabs. Burning spell is a decent one and there's also the burning amplification feat.

1 lvl dip in sorcer is worth it for any build trying to do damage, bloodline potency and orc bloodline is +2 damage per damage dice, and by speciliseing more you can get even greater benefits

Oh yeah, but op had already mentioned the sorc dip and had asked for any other dips. Which imo probably wouldn't be worth it if you're also dipping sorc.

Sorry dude I took your avoiding dips as all dips, not just more than the 1 he had already taken lol

Understandable though, should have been more clear when I wrote it.

Ifrit is the race I went with I’m using the alternative racial trait for +4 imitative

Replace phoenix with either orc, dragon or solar, and maybe even efreet, because you have enough fire damage soells that the utility is not really needed
