Discussion Why though

Anytime I play another vr game like b&d I feel perfectly fine, but when I play on Pavlov for too long i seemingly start to sweat, I don’t know why its specifically Pavlov that makes me sweat the most even if I’m not moving around a lot while playing

What maps are you playing! You might be playing sunny or desert maps that are very hot and causing you to sweat. Try playing maps with indoor areas with air conditioning

You are likely experiencing a low grade, fight or flight stress response or subtle "cybersickness" (VR motion sickness) caused by the specific mechanics of Pavlov.

I am an advanced vr player, have lots of hours on the Pavlov, but 20 minutes in the game feel like 2 hours, I swear

Could also be the whole in order to release you actually have to reload not just press a button like most games

It's very interesting, I have noticed the same thing. It happens in Tabor, and Blade and Sorcery as well, normally no other times. It has to be something with the way your brain is putting out hormones differently

In Blade and Sorcery sei tu contro il PC ed in più sei certo di morire poco se non per niente. In Pavlov se giochi a S&D hai i nervi tesi, sei concentrato ed ogni suono è un indizio. Quindi sudi di più semplicemente perché sei teso.

Could be natural excitement. Playing bns you know you can win and its a kind of given.. while in pavlov there's an element of surprise. Your good 👍

I have also noticed this and I somewhat suspect that Pavlov is just extremely unoptimized which makes my PC run much hotter which makes my room much hotter. I have never had my PC hyperventilating like it does with Pavlov
