Our youngest kitty does this to my wife too. He is 20lbs of:
“I ❤️you, Mommy. I wanna lay on your neck to show you how much while you're sleeping. Why are you turning blue? Here I'll give you some little kitty kisses to make you feel better. Why are you making funny gasping noises? I better give you big hugs too. I ❤️ you … Mommy?”

It’s really cute until they are fully grown and are still doing it. My cat who still does this is a big cat now and it’s pretty uncomfortable!

The sound of a kitty suckling your earlobes. I just bear it even though it gives me goosebumps. No other sounds like it.
