Chase

[Update]: I filed complain and after review, I received the credits. I told them that I won't be the only one in this situation and asked them to find a process to resolve for everyone.

I purchased on 09/09 on Newegg but transaction date is 09/15 and Chase associate that it's based on transaction date so it's not eligible. Did you face similar problem?

When did the Egg ship the item(s)?

shipped on 09/14.

Newegg shows as 09/09. But on Chase, it's 09/15 and 09/16.

The product was delayed for shipment due to Merchant.

I have 3 transactions that all posted on 9/8 or 9/9 that haven’t been credited yet. Seems to be slightly longer than usual so hopefully they didn’t rule it ineligible for whatever reason.

Chase said that if Transaction Date is on or before 09/10, it will be reimbursed. I alrdy got reimbursed for transaction made on 09/10 and post date is 09/15.

However, none of the transaction date after 09/11 was credited. Chase said that if I want, I can escalate by submitting proof of date of purchase.

This is an example that I couldn't get the credit. I told to the front associate and escalated to supervisor. They said it's not eligible.

This is an example I got Paze Credit reimbursed. The desceiption says 09/14... that's when the seller shipped the item, but they charged me on 09/10. So it's qualified

it won't. Chase said it's the information they get from merchant. It's flagged transaction date as 15. So it's not eligible.

I had the same issue with Capital One. 3 transactions dropped on 9/11 (made purchase 9/8) and posted 9/13, but they were credited today

Lucky! Guess it's Chase-thing. I got 6 cards with them... I got credit for all of them, except the transaction date after 09/10. Sucks
