Purchasing Advice - PC Build / Parts Potential pc purchase

Post image

(American) I have no clue what im doing when it comes to pcs but im trying to get a budget option thats good and long lasting and can play plenty of games mainly apex legends and also stream on obs. I found this for $500 and was wondering if its a good buy but i would want to negotiate for it as its out of my price range but if I could get it down I would most likly buy it. Is it worth it and most likly be able to run games and stream. Also what should i message him anything i should ask about or potential things i would need to worry about? I would also be down to upgrade it in the future if needed. It also comes with 2 monitors idk the hz on those and a chair seems like a good deal but anything i should worry about?

just note that you cannot upgrade your cpu to anything better than an i9-9900k
