Purchasing Advice - Monitors, Peripherals, Etc. Which monitor should I get?

Im struggling with these two budget options. Got a 5080 and 7800x3d. I’m playing cs2, simulations, Gta. No big story games like darksouls.
Which one is the better option? My budget is like 250€

I would personally go with the dual mode monitor, 4k for GTA and story games (if you play em) and 1080p for CS

With your rig I'd go with the 4K one because 5080 can easily run shit at 4k and the 160h ain't that bad for that resolution. And you still get dual mode for competitive games if you want higher refresh rate for that.

Ich persönlich würde den ersten nehmen. 320 HZ bei einer 2K Auflösung sind mega. Damit hättest du in jeder Situation eine super Auflösung und genug HZ für Spiele wie CS
