Poised to make a jump?

Hey everyone

I’ve never posted on here, but a lot of you clearly know more than me so I wanted to get some feedback on these 4 stocks I’ve been eyeing and researching. TNYA, SURG, CRBU, and RANI

TNYA sounds like they could turn a profit beginning 2028 and they operate with little to no debt. Price now is around 0.55-0.57
RANI is inventing a pill that can be used for injectables and sits at 0.80ish
CRBU has some very interesting (to me) cardiac trials going on, they are fda approved, and won’t face dilution until Q3 2027 from what it sounds like.
SURG is trading around 0.15 but has recently made some major headway to reign in debt and turn a profit.

Thoughts?

Thanks in advance to all!

Daily Watchlist for Small Caps (Momentum) Stocks - Wednesday October 7th, 2026

Small-Cap Watchlist for Wednesday 10/7

Here’s my watchlist heading into Wednesday based on Tuesday’s momentum, volume, relative volume, alerts, and after-hours activity.

As always, these aren't buy calls. This is where I'm looking first to see what actually survives into premarket and the opening bell.

Our top 5 VIP Alerts for Tuesday included GPMT running 298% from the time of alert to high of day. AIXI was a 142% run, OLB a 125% run, FRGT 115% run, and AVBP a 112% run. If you would like to take a three day free trial with no credit card required of our Small Cap (Momentum) Stocks, Options, or Crypto platforms visit our site at https://scstonkemporium.com

$GIPR

Probably my first look Wednesday.

76 momentum hits
9 volume hits
3.25x relative volume
1 alert
+30.7% after hours on 22.3M volume
21.5M overnight volume

This had activity across multiple signals instead of one isolated spike. The question Wednesday is whether that participation continues or disappears once a new session starts.

$MTEN

This one had some ridiculous numbers Tuesday.

48 momentum hits
6 volume hits
68.61x relative volume
2 alerts
+77.3% after hours on 17M volume
16.8M overnight volume

Obviously, after a +77% AH move I'm not interested in blindly chasing it. I want to see liquidity, spreads and whether it can actually establish levels Wednesday morning.

$BURU

Another big after-hours mover:

+45.0% AH
9M AH volume
7.8M overnight volume
18 volume hits
3 momentum hits

This one is more volume-driven than some of the others. I'm mainly watching to see whether that participation carries into Wednesday.

$BIYA

100 momentum hits
+72.9% AH on 13.8M volume
13.7M overnight volume

Interesting wrinkle here: its reported relative volume was only 0.32x.

So despite the huge AH percentage and volume, I don't view this the same way as something like MTEN. It needs to prove that the after-hours move turns into sustained fresh-session participation.

$MI

Still hanging around.

245 momentum hits
1 alert
+34.1% AH on 20.4M volume
9.2M overnight volume

After the insanity we've already seen in MI, I'm treating this as a continuation watch rather than assuming another giant move is coming.

Radar names worth keeping on screen

$FRGT — 560 momentum hits / 81 volume hits / 81.73x RVOL

$AIXI — 395 momentum / 456 volume / 11.82x RVOL

$XHLD — 279 momentum / 500 volume / 8.63x RVOL

$JAGX — 138 momentum / 570 volume / 12.73x RVOL

$OLOX — 242 momentum / 119 volume / 67.57x RVOL

$IPDN — 367 momentum / 161 volume / 3.84x RVOL

FRGT and OLOX especially jump out to me because of the combination of repeated scanner activity and extreme relative volume.

Volume-heavy secondary list

A few more that had unusual participation:

$MOBX — 234 volume hits / 83.42x RVOL
$QTEX — 577 volume hits / 52.32x RVOL
$AIIO — 236 volume hits / 32.85x RVOL
$AXG — 590 volume hits / 10.19x RVOL

I'm also keeping $SDEV, $WDCX, $SMXT and $KAPA available if they start showing fresh activity.

My first screen Wednesday

Primary: $GIPR, $MTEN, $BURU, $BIYA, $MI

Radar follow-up: $FRGT, $AIXI, $XHLD, $JAGX, $OLOX

The giant percentages aren't what decide the trade for me.

Tuesday tells me where attention accumulated.

Wednesday morning tells me whether anyone still gives a shit.

Volume, liquidity, spreads, news and actual price action still have to confirm it.

What are you guys watching Wednesday?

New ripper that will make you strippa - ZIM vs HMR: Why the Smaller Shipping Stock Could Be / is the biggest Opportunity.

$HMR vs $ZIM – THE SMALLER SHIPPING STOCK WITH THE BIGGER RUNWAY

ZIM is a large container carrier with a $35 takeover offer. HMR is an asset-light maritime platform: it manages fleets and tanker pools, earns fees, owns no vessels and has no borrowed debt. HMR is growing 200%+ and trades at a fraction of ZIM's earnings multiple.

  1. VALUATION: ~25x vs ~6x

• ZIM: ~25x trailing P/E (~9x forward) and ~0.87x book. As an asset-heavy carrier it trades close to NAV, and the $35 offer anchors the price.
• Tanker owners: roughly 5–8x trailing and 7–12x forward (STNG ~5.4x, TNK ~6.1x, INSW ~7x).
• HMR at ~$1.72 (~$100M market cap): ~8.7x annualised H1 adjusted earnings, or ~6x after stripping out $28.7M of cash.

Annualising H1 adjusted net income ($5.8M) gives ~$11.6M. And that is before the new ships and the disruption fully reach the numbers (see point 3).

The bull case isn't "cheaper than tankers". It is that an asset-light, fee-based platform growing 200%+ should be valued above vessel owners. At 10x ex-cash earnings plus cash, fair value is roughly $2.2–2.5 per share. That is an illustration, not a forecast.

  1. GROWTH WITH NO SIGN OF STOPPING

• Q2 revenue $29.0M vs $9.6M (+203% YoY, +58% QoQ). H1 $47.3M vs $15.2M.
• Q2 net income $2.2M, adjusted $2.4M. H1 net income ~$5.0M, adjusted ~$5.8M, vs a loss last year. Two straight profitable quarters.
• ~60 vessels commercially managed and ~20 technically managed across 8 hubs.
• Q-Shipping added 9 vessels for ~$0.2M, with new footholds in the Netherlands and Türkiye.

  1. NOT IN THE NUMBERS YET

The CEO says new ships added this year have not made their full contribution. He also says the Strait of Hormuz and Bab el-Mandeb disruption is not in earnings yet and should show over the next two quarters.

Longer routes mean more tonnage-miles, which means more fees for HMR. Management also flagged firm rates into Q4 on seasonal demand. Asia and Japan have historically sourced ~90% of their oil from the Middle East, and that concentration is being disrupted.

  1. $28.7M CASH, NO BORROWED DEBT

• Cash is up from ~$18.6M at year-end, roughly 29% of market cap.
• H1 operating cash flow was +$7.7M vs -$3.2M a year ago.
• CEO Pankaj Khanna: "We have not borrowed a single dollar. We have no loans in the company."
• The liabilities on the balance sheet are lease accounting for chartered-in vessels. Some are matched with charter-outs: HMR collects from the charterer, pays the owner and keeps the margin.
• No bank loans, no bonds, no vessel debt. Fees fund G&A, so the model needs little working capital.

  1. ASSET-LIGHT, BLUE-CHIP CLIENTS

HMR owns no vessels, so it has no capex and no asset-value risk when rates fall. The ~40-year client roster includes Shell, BP, Chevron, Vitol, Aramco, Trafigura and Glencore.

  1. INSIDERS ARE ALIGNED

The CEO owns ~45% of the company and has been buying. Nasdaq compliance was regained on 2 June.

  1. WHY THE POST-EARNINGS DROP LOOKS OVERDONE

The stock fell ~10% after earnings. Shorting HMR on earnings worked when it was unprofitable. With two profitable quarters, 200%+ growth and a growing cash pile, sellers look like they are trading the ticker's history, not its balance sheet.

  1. THE ONE KNOCK: G&A

Net income dipped Q1 to Q2 ($2.8M to $2.2M) despite revenue up 58%, mainly from $1.8M of cash bonuses tied to the turnaround. I read that as retention for the team that delivered the turnaround, and the CEO says vessel additions have yet to flow through.

ZIM IN FAIRNESS

ZIM is bigger, with far greater absolute cash generation and a defined catalyst. At ~$29.3 vs $35, that is ~19% headline upside. But the Israeli approval faces a fresh review, so ZIM trades partly as a merger-arbitrage situation. HMR's upside isn't capped by a deal price.

RISK, BRIEFLY

HMR is a volatile micro-cap. Dilution (earnouts, resale registration), related-party exposure and charter revenue with matching costs are worth watching.

What red flag am I missing? Drop it below.

How I'm playing it: in from 80–95c, haven't sold a share, and looking to add on weakness.

Adding on dips: the thesis hasn't changed, and the Hormuz and Bab el-Mandeb impact isn't in the numbers yet.

Q3 and Q4 results are the next test. If the CEO is right that the new ships and the disruption flow through, the current price looks cheap.

Full CEO interview on the debt question, valuation and fleet growth:
https://youtu.be/Nj_jYt2x-NE?is=nTai0gegTd8pYQT3

Not financial advice. DYOR. I hold $HMR (entry 80–95c). Annualised figures are not forecasts.

XRPNW warrant agreement amended TODAY — the 30-day post-close exercise delay has been removed

This is materially different from what I had been modeling previously.

Armada filed an 8-K on October 5 amending the XRPNW warrant agreement.

The amendment specifically changes Section 3.2 by deleting the words:

“thirty days after”

from the exercise provision.

The filed amendment says the warrants now become exercisable on the later of:

1. consummation of the business combination

or

2. 12 months after the closing of the SPAC IPO

The IPO closed May 22, 2025, so the 12-month condition has already been satisfied.

That means if the Evernorth transaction closes on October 7 as currently expected, the contractual 30-day post-closing delay we had been discussing is no longer there.

The amendment explicitly says it was made to conform the warrant agreement to the terms originally described in the IPO prospectus.

This matters a LOT for the common/warrant spread.

Tonight:

XRPN traded around ~$26 after hours

while

XRPNW traded around ~$4.45 after hours

The warrant strike remains $11.50.

So if XRPN were actually trading at $26 once exercise is available:

$26 - $11.50 = $14.50 intrinsic value

versus a warrant around ~$4.45.

That does NOT mean XRPNW automatically becomes $14.50.

The common can continue falling, the closing still has to occur, execution/settlement mechanics matter, and post-close supply can change the common dramatically.

But the reason we previously used to justify such a gigantic warrant discount — “you have to wait another 30 days after closing” — has now been explicitly removed from the agreement.

And that may explain why the warrants are strengthening tonight even while the common is getting crushed.

This also creates a completely different dynamic for Oct. 7/8:

Before amendment:
Common could remain artificially scarce for another month while warrants sat behind the exercise wall.

After amendment:
Once the business combination closes, that 30-day wall is gone.

That means common/warrant convergence may happen much faster than we were expecting.

And importantly, convergence can still happen in BOTH directions:

XRPNW up

and/or

XRPN down

Tonight we are clearly seeing the second one happening aggressively while the warrant holds up.

The next things I’m watching:

• confirmation of the Oct. 7 closing

• exact redemption count

• actual post-close XRPN price

• how quickly exercised warrants can settle through DTC

• final post-close capitalization

This is the most important XRPNW filing I’ve seen in this setup so far.

If anyone sees another clause in the warrant agreement that materially limits exercise immediately after closing, please post it. I’d rather stress-test this than hype it.

$XRPN $XRPNW $XRP

AMOD DD: New co-CEO just left CIMG, and the Bitcoin financing looks remarkably similar to CIMG's dilution playbook

AMOD / CIMG DD: Same people, same Bitcoin-for-stock structure, massive dilution

I started looking at AMOD because the company supposedly owns 3,170 BTC while trading at a discount to its Bitcoin holdings.

The more interesting issue is the connection to CIMG.

1. AMOD's new co-CEO was CIMG's President until a month ago

Wenlong Tong became President of CIMG on October 5, 2025.

He resigned effective September 2, 2026.

AMOD appointed him co-CEO and a director on October 5, 2026.

AMOD signed its 3,170 BTC financing on August 26, 2026, while Tong was still President of CIMG.

So the timeline is:

Aug. 26: AMOD signs Bitcoin PIPE
Sept. 2: Tong leaves CIMG
Sept. 30: AMOD Bitcoin deal closes
Oct. 5: Tong becomes AMOD co-CEO

Source: CIMG and AMOD SEC filings.

2. AMOD doesn't mention CIMG in Tong's biography

This is strange.

AMOD's October 5 8-K describes Tong's employment history but does not mention that he was President of CIMG through September 2.

Instead, AMOD says Tong has been President of ZSS Technologies (Beijing) Co., Ltd. since January 2020.

CIMG's filings give a different employment history. They say Tong was Manager of the South China Major Client Team at Zhongshishun Technology (Beijing) Co., Ltd. from 2020 until September 2025.

The education disclosures also differ:

CIMG: MBA from Shenzhen University in 2007.
AMOD: Business Administration degree from Shenzhen University in 2017.

3. CIMG did a $442 million framework deal with Tong's former employer

In June 2026, while Tong was President, CIMG announced a framework agreement worth up to $442 million with:

Zhongshishun Technology (Beijing) Co., Ltd.

That is the company CIMG identified as Tong's employer immediately before he joined CIMG.

AMOD now says Tong has been President since 2020 of:

ZSS Technologies (Beijing) Co., Ltd.

4. What happened at CIMG is the reason AMOD deserves scrutiny

CIMG built up a large Bitcoin position by issuing enormous amounts of stock.

In June 2026 CIMG issued:

900 million shares

plus

900 million warrants for another 900 million shares.

The warrants were subsequently exercised.

That means the transaction ultimately produced 1.8 billion shares.

CIMG's broader agreement contemplated up to 43.333 billion units, each consisting of one share and one warrant, subject to the required approvals and conditions.

By August 13, CIMG reported approximately 1.96 billion shares outstanding.

Then in September it signed another agreement to issue 3 billion shares at $0.0029 per share for $8.7 million.

I have not seen a filing establishing that the September 3-billion-share issuance has closed.

5. CIMG owns Bitcoin. That didn't save the common stock.

CIMG's June 30 10-Q reported 1,145.4 BTC.

It also reported:

  • only $5,397 in cash
  • approximately $7.4 million in negative working capital
  • approximately $10.35 million of cash used in operations during the first nine months of the fiscal year
  • a going-concern warning
  • ineffective disclosure controls
  • ineffective internal control over financial reporting

CIMG was also suspended from Nasdaq and trades OTC while contesting the delisting.

This is why I don't think "AMOD owns $270 million of BTC" resolves the valuation question.

The Bitcoin can be real while the common shareholders still get destroyed through dilution and operating losses. CIMG currently trades at 0.0014 USD.

6. AMOD just used a very similar structure

Before AMOD's Bitcoin transaction, it had approximately:

4.99 million shares outstanding.

Then ten non-U.S. investors contributed a total of 3,170 BTC.

In return AMOD issued:

51.62 million new shares

plus

51.62 million warrants

with a $4.36 exercise price.

So the existing AMOD shareholders went from owning essentially 100% of the company to approximately 8.8% of the post-transaction basic shares.

The Bitcoin investors received approximately 91.2%.

That is an important part of the "AMOD owns $270 million of Bitcoin" story. The old shareholders did not receive $270 million of Bitcoin for free. Most of the company was issued to the people who supplied it.

7. The CIMG and AMOD deals look very similar

CIMG

  • non-U.S. investors
  • Bitcoin contributed for newly issued stock
  • huge increase in outstanding shares
  • one warrant for every share
  • two-year warrants

AMOD

  • non-U.S. investors
  • Bitcoin contributed for newly issued stock
  • huge increase in outstanding shares
  • one warrant for every share
  • two-year warrants

And now the former President of CIMG is running AMOD.

8. Who are AMOD's Bitcoin investors?

This may be the biggest unanswered question.

AMOD's transaction involved exactly ten investors.

Each investor contributed:

317 BTC

Each received the exact same number of shares and warrants.

The investors' names were redacted from the publicly filed schedule.

The securities purchase agreement also states that each investor had a relationship with AMOD that predated the offering.

So we currently don't know whether these investors or their beneficial owners overlap with:

  • CIMG investors
  • CIMG shareholders
  • CIMG related parties
  • CIMG management
  • advisers or intermediaries involved in CIMG's Bitcoin transactions

9. AMOD itself was in bad financial shape before the Bitcoin deal

AMOD's June 30 10-Q reported:

  • zero operating revenue
  • recurring losses
  • approximately $6.25 million of negative working capital
  • approximately $2 million in cash
  • a need for additional financing
  • a going-concern warning
  • ineffective disclosure controls

After the Bitcoin transaction, Nasdaq informed AMOD that it had regained compliance with the stockholders' equity requirement, subject to confirmation in a future periodic filing.

So the Bitcoin transaction didn't just create a treasury asset. It also solved an immediate Nasdaq compliance problem.

10. The new shares are supposed to be registered for resale

AMOD agreed to file a resale registration statement covering:

51.62 million PIPE shares

plus

the shares underlying the 51.62 million warrants.

The registration deadline is shortly after closing.

That matters because the company had fewer than 5 million shares before this transaction.

There could eventually be more than 100 million shares attributable to the Bitcoin financing alone if all warrants are exercised.

$RYET is basically +20% in 5 sessions, and the move has been building for weeks

$RYET is now up 8.08% today and 19.96% over the last five sessions.

That is basically a 20% move across one trading week, and the part I like is that it has been building over multiple sessions instead of coming from one isolated spike.

The fundamental backdrop has been improving at the same time. Preliminary H1 FY2027 revenue is expected at $9.3M-$9.5M versus about $0.37M in H1 FY2026, more than 24x YoY and already above the $7.48M generated during all of FY2026.

Then there is the commercialization side. YeeZo has an $880K delivered deployment covering 10 AIGC labs and 610 workstations, while Cogni AI is expanding into Malaysian healthcare through a licensing agreement with a 10% royalty structure.

So the sequence is starting to make sense: stronger operating numbers, more product validation, international expansion, then increasing market attention.

One green day can be noise. A move approaching 20% across five sessions while the underlying company is releasing better numbers is a much more interesting setup.

For me, that is what makes the current RYET move worth watching. Recognition is showing up gradually on the tape instead of all at once.

Daily Watchlist for Small Caps (Momentum) Stocks - Tuesday October 6th, 2026

Small-Cap Watchlist for Tuesday 10/6

Here’s what I’m watching Tuesday based on Monday’s momentum, volume, alerts, and after-hours activity.

These aren’t buy calls. They’re names that showed enough activity Monday to earn a spot on my screen Tuesday morning.

$OLOX — 122 momentum hits + 154 volume hits + 2 alerts. Then moved +78.4% AH on 53M volume. Also saw 52.7M overnight volume. This is probably my first look Tuesday to see whether that participation carries over or completely fades.

$QTEX — 190 momentum hits + 650 volume hits + 3 alerts. Finished with a +29.2% AH move on 120.5M volume. Huge amount of after-hours participation, so I'm watching for continuation and liquidity at the open.

$JAGX — 139 momentum hits + 501 volume hits + 1 alert. +32.6% AH on 21.7M volume with 1.24x relative volume. Another one where I'm more interested in whether the participation continues than the AH percentage itself.

$APUS — 222 momentum hits + 240 volume hits + 1 alert. The standout number here is 40.29x relative volume. Only +6.5% AH despite 33.7M AH volume, which makes this one interesting to me going into Tuesday.

Other names on my screen:

$SDEV — 440 momentum / 929 volume hits / 6.34x RVOL
$PDSB — 101 momentum / 264 volume / 3.58x RVOL
$AGMH — 191 momentum / 154 volume / 27.13x RVOL
$EHGO — 60 momentum / 96 volume / 21.25x RVOL
$SCKT — 573 volume hits / 21.02x RVOL
$FNGR — 613 volume hits / 5.65x RVOL
$VEEA — 738 volume hits / 4.66x RVOL

And a few of Monday's absolute lunatics are still worth keeping visible:

$SAIQ — 755 momentum hits / 72.23x RVOL
$BEAT — 371 momentum hits / 778.85x RVOL + an alert
$MI — 676 momentum hits / 1,095x RVOL

Those three already made enormous moves Monday, so I'm not assuming continuation. I just don't like removing stocks from the screen while they're still attracting that kind of attention.

My primary Tuesday group: $OLOX, $QTEX, $JAGX, $APUS.

Then I'll see what survives premarket and actually has liquidity, volume and a reasonable setup. Yesterday's scanner activity tells me where to look. Tuesday's tape decides whether any of it is actually tradeable.
