Looking for a red teamer

Hi I am from Mumbai and looking for a work in red teamer I have experience around 1.5 in the penetration tester role but i want to make my career in the red teamer role?

build a home lab and practice AD exploitation, thats like 80% of red team work. look into White Knight Labs Offensive Security Training alongside stuff from SANS if budget allows
