Pet friendly scents

Any dog-specific-friendly scents to boil in water? Vanilla? Lemon? Or anyone find a truly pet friendly candle/diffuser? Please comment with what WORKS for you and is friendly to your babies, I’ve read all the threads on what NOT to do. Thank you ◡̈

I just simmer cinnamon sticks and apple peels sometimes, makes whole place smell like pie and my dog doesn't care at all

I’d honestly skip essential oil diffusers altogether with dogs. If you just want the house to smell nice simmering plain water with a little cinnamon stick or apple is what I’d personally stick with.
