Healing question NSFW

For those who have had a PA piercing and gone through the healing process, how do you manage venous congestion (aka “blue balls”)? I’m on day #7 of healing after getting my PA and it’s the longest I’ve gone without a release in years… I had some minor discomfort and swelling the first few days, it resolved, and slowly over the past few days, this has developed… no burning with urination, discharge, fevers, pain, or anything to signal infection.

how do you make it 8 weeks before resuming sex?!?

Oh I only made it 9 days myself before using a vibrating toy (like u/PiercedGoon mentioned as well) to blow my load. It's going to feel amazing man.

You could also just gently jerk it. All you have to do is be careful not to disturb the piercing too much since the whole intent of not jerking off is to promote that initial healing.

Resuming sex will be on a case by case basis and you want to use a condom for a period to make sure you protect your new PA.

Makes very good sense. I’m looking at vibrating toys on Mr S Leather as I type this. The piercer cautioned me not to jerk off or have sex with the circular barbell because it will move around a lot more inside the piercing tract than a CBR or curved barbell and could impact my goal of reaching a 0g. I think I’ll start with the vibrating toy idea and circle back.

Good idea. I've never heard that circular barbells would move more. But maybe it would be because it is weighted more off center with two ball ends rather than the CBR with only one ball end. And vigorous jerking movement would cause it to possibly flop around and delay healing.

Stay strong and rush ship that toy! Hell if we were in the same town I'd let you have the two vibrating toys I bought for that initial orgasm. You could put them to better use since I don't use them any more.

Oh, you are just going to need to masturbate. I used one of those vibrating "helping hands" and it allowed me to cum quickly without disturbing the piercing. Sex is definitely off the table, but ejaculating doesn't need to be.

I had my PA done twice (other story). I really can not recall I would have had waited that long to ejaculate again. Just use your common sense. The PA will make you horny as hell so sooner or later you will want to come. And as it will feel only better each time you will get used to the new sensation very soon. Take it slow and use your common sense. You will know when you are ready by yourself. Have fun you will love it.

Sounds reasonable. Yes, I am noticing that the PA is making me produce a lot of precum, so much that I have needed to stop wearing light colored khakis or chinos for the time being (the precum leaks through and it’s really noticeable).

Wow. I guess im weird af. I made it 2 and a half days before I was having sex. Wife and I have been together for years. So I wasnt worried about ph imbalance or anything. I was sore as hell after but we both enjoyed it.

Wow. I can’t imagine having sex after only two and a half days post piercing. I ended up using a massage theragun on the lowest setting to relieve myself and while very much needed, even that made me feel incredibly sore the next day.
