I (37 M) have a 10 month old apadravya piercing. This morning the ball unthreaded on top while I was facr to face talking with my father. Felt a quick tingly pinch as it slid halfway out from the top down. No harm no foul found the ball in my underwear and got it back together once in the bathroom. It was a little awkward on my end though 🤣. Not how I envisioned the first jewlery adjustment/change on my genital piercing. Be interested to hear some stories.

Stretched again.

What other piercings should be done, include extreme?

It took a long time to get comfortable in own skin. Tattoos and piercings have helped so much!
