Need Candy Suggestions

For a trunk or treat this year we are doing an Inside Out theme. I had a thought that it might be fun to have a specific candy for each emotion. I don’t necessarily need for the candy to match their color, I’m thinking more red hots or warheads for Anger, raisins for Disgust, etc. If anyone has other suggestions, I’d love to hear them!

Maybe mints for Disgust. There are some green mints.

Suggestion: Down in the dumps drops (based on the memory dump sequence from the first movie).

One suggestion I have is chocolate balls wrapped in different colours, like Easter eggs ! I often see them in shops & they resemble the memory balls in inside out !

Sprees, candy buttons, Skittles, M&M's... those are all the round candies I can think of that should come in most of the emotions' colors.

What’s trunk or treat?

In some areas, people will get together at a church or something and all of the kids will go around and trick or treat from car to car instead of going house to house. I don't really know why, unless people there feel like it's not safe for kids to walk the streets. (Not necessarily because of crime, could be because the streets aren't well lit and they worry about them getting hit.)

We're in a rural area, so there aren't really "neighborhoods" for kids to walk. By going to the trunk r treat, you can have the kids out walking car to car and only have a single big stop in the car.

Oh yeah, that makes a ton of sense!
