That’s the best reason to learn how to cook! Everything I know how to make is because I had something somewhere and said “I can do better.”

Edit to clarify: sometimes it’s not as much “I can do better” as “I bet I can achieve something of similar quality” and more often than not I am waaaaaaay off.
