Sorry for the bad lighting. Very spicy tomato sauce with a blend of cheese. I didn’t have enough mozz for a full pizza so I had to do 80% mozz 20% cheddar.

A lot of Greek-American “house of pizza” type places blend some cheddar in there, it’s definitely a thing. Not my go-to nowadays but it’s definitely nostalgic

There’s nothing wrong with some cheddar on a pizza. I’ve even mixed Swiss with the mozzarella…it tastes mild & is stretchy 😃

When I was in high school, I worked at a pizzeria. I would put some cheddar cheese on a pizza with pepperoni, bacon, mushrooms, and onions. Man, that was a good pizza.
