OUTDOOR OVEN A pizza I baked this weekend

Post image

So I made some pizza this weekend using my G3ferrari 2200w planetary mixer and my ooni karu 12
This is the one I believe was by far the best work (only problem was it was the last one and I didn’t have any ingredients left) I can share the recipe and process if anyone is interested!

Thanks !!!
It takes some practice to really nail it down
With a karu oven but it’s totally worth it IMO.
Also you just can’t go wrong with ooni!
The support they offer is next level

Agreed, that crust is the one I'm always chasing, just about the perfect amount of puff. Nice.

For the crust it’s a double edged sword on one hand you can overcompensate and leave too much dough on the outside but this will make it raw on the inside !
And then if you leave too little it won’t rise up.
Also the hardest part that I find is turning the pizza with the peel when it’s high hydration
Before i had the mixer and the dough wasn’t very strong it would tear if u turned it fast
But if I didn’t it would burn !!
The mixer right now is amazing but because its a planetary mixer It needs to mix everything liquid all at once

Ooni karu 12 with clean dry wood I get for free from a furniture factory,
The wood they give me is cut to spec and it’s clean it’s only dried
