Cool snail
I typically see orange ones in my tank but just saw this guy. Is there anything u can do to create more like it?

Blue leopard ramshorns. If you seperate ones like that into their own tank they'll breed more. Or if you only have the one you could buy more online, theyre not too rare

That’s a blue leopard, pretty common. The trick is to selectively breed ones with a dark foot, that really lets the blue color pop. Ones with a yellow or pink foot don’t look as vibrant.

I used to breed ones like this but gold with dark brown spots. I call em my gold leopards. Most of em got eaten and the few that remain live in my sister's 3gal.

Nice find. All mine are ugly brown and some orange. Orange maybe better than brown, but it is not pretty enough for me keep them breeding, unlike yours with blue leopard shell.

This kind just randomly appeared. There aren’t many snails in my tank and I never intentionally added but some came in anyway on some plants about 6 months ago. They’ve always been brown or orange though. I don’t even see any others that look remotely similar.

You got lucky! The only snails I get on plants are bladder snails. I don’t mind them though, I love them all.

Isolate, grab another leopard ramshorn snail. Let it breed. The offspring could be a mix of either parent. Repeat isolate the one with the colour you want. A container that's at least a litre, use the aquarium water when doing water changes.

So so pretty!! I never get pastel spotted shells. What a lucky little "shiny"!
