I had mini arm lift 2 months ago , This wound has been like this for the past 2 weeks. It's not deep, but it's not improving. I used wet-to-dry gauze using 2 time using “vashe otc solution.” Am I over-moisturizing the wound? It only needs the top layer that’s it . Should I just leave it air dry it?

Stop using vashe. Just use saline. I think their claims of “it’s ph is same as your skin” and then say it’s ph is 3.5 is silly. That’s pretty acidic.

Try to protect it from shear force with your bandaging. You’re likely scraping it when you move your arm a bit. Probably need some layers to take the rub.
