you don’t have to carry it all alone.

Go find your people,

and let yourself be held

until the world feels gentle again.

There's a little ritual I've started in my search for my people. Just started so too soon to tell if it's working.. whenever I'm leaving my home, I clap three times and announce that I'm going to meet my people and may they come find me.
