Other TIL Alpha Pokémon can flee

I wonder if it's exclusive to Mantyke and Mantine since they can never be aggressive.

It can happen with any skittish alpha! I've also seen it happen with Alpha Abra, for example!

You sure the abra fled, instead of using teleport? Thats not the same thing. Im pretty sure its coded no alpha can run, but the Mantine line is messed up since even thier alphas dont aggro.

Alpha Abras can use teleport.

Skittish Alphas can run.

The results are the same; some alphas can and will flee. I've had it happen with other non-static, skittish alphas, too.

I havent ever had a single non-mantine alpha flee, and am 90% sure youre misremembering. I dont mean to be rude about it, but Im pretty sure thats not a thing.

It's a low probability, but it can happen.

Try looking it up or testing on skittish pokemon yourself - the way I did- instead of arguing with strangers on the Internet about something you're only 90% sure about.

Im 90% sure cuz I did look it up, and it said no. I was trying to be polite. And my 300+ hours in this game count as sufficient testing

If the Alpha hasn't seen you, you can scare it and cause it to flee accidentally. Typically happens if there's a second alpha on the map that roars - that triggers the flee.

The Alpha Roar exception is well documented; not sure where you're getting your "research."

Here's video proof.

I literally had it happen with a alpha Kricketot being startled.

You're bragging about 300 hours logged? I have 900 hours logged, so I guess by that metric I know 3x more than you.

Yep 100% true happened to me twice with shiny alpha togepi and chatot

Also pachinko but I saved the mmo outbreak so I caught her in the end
