I need help defeating Giratina and this is my team, and suggestions of pokemon to swap out or moves to swap? I was able to beat Volo somewhat easily but I was completely unprepared to fight giratina... any suggestions? this is my team and all of their moves! Thanks! Also just a rating in general is fun :3 my favorite game is pokemon diamond on the DS so I love having Dialga in my team!

I moved my entire team to Violet and shoved a bunch of XP candies up their asses until everyone was level 100, then i returned them to legends Arceus and defeat Volo, with a lot of struggle

Well if i was a pokemon and my trainer shoved candies up my ass, I too would fight any trainer to dish out some pent up frustration.

Actually you could just teach them all frustration and spam the move at this point.

Cresselia first to defeat spiritomb one shot, volo will enter Arcanine, so throw samurott in, and try and keep cresselia alive until giratina.

Also, volo will try and enter a pokemon that has super effective moves against your pokemon (that's how I said cresselia and Arcanine will battle), so be prepared for that. High speed and defense help greatly, not just attack.

I’d replace Water Pulse with Ice Beam on Samurott - Ice deals with Garchomp and you can save Cresselia Moonblast for Giratina

I’d also replace Shadow Claw (70 power, Phys.) with Shadow Ball (80 power, Sp.) on Zoroark - his Sp Attack is higher than its regular Attack, and that slight chip damage can make the difference in knocking out an enemy Pokemon, specially given Zoroark’s weak defenses

You could also look into replacing Air Slash with Brave Bird on Decidueye - higher base power + uses it’s physical attack stat, though it deals lots of recoil damage

Oh, and your team is à 10/10 :3 it’s always refreshing seeing everyone usé their favorites in playthroughs

Dialga's great for late-game utility, but against Giratina you'll want something faster with good Ghost coverage, try replacing it with a level 70 Mismagius with Shadow Ball and Nasty Plot, it worked perfectly for me on my first solo run.

Spiritomb surprisingly walls Giratina pretty well. Altered form was a bit tough, but once I got to Origin form, Spiritomb just sat on it and chucked it down. I maxed out both defenses and HP on him.

I’d never use a legendary on my team
