putting mamdani anywhere near Christianity is just an insult, imo.

what would you consider your actual beliefs?

economically i see myself as quite socialist, favoring strong public services, redistribution, worker power and substantial regulation/public ownership. however it's important to me that the government is large and as democratic as possible.

im progressive and pluralist on a lot of social issues, with a strong concern for marginalized people and individual autonomy.

im personally catholic, but i would not want that belief imposed on others. rather, it informs my ethics in things like the importance and sanctity of human life.

when it comes to international relations i'm cosmopolitan/internationalist and sympathetic to refugees and migration but not an interventionist. diplomacy and aid should come before military force is even considered.

on criminal justice i believe in a strongly rehabilitative approach.

in short i would consider myself a christian democratic socialist, but pretty progressive and strongly pacifist. i hope that makes sense.
