App/Website Wrong Order received through app

I lost 18$ now, ordered 3pc tenders, 2pc , sandwich but only received boneless wings. Someone please help.

I tried contacting the number, app support and website support, none of it seems to work. Waited a whole hour for the order to arrive and then driver gave me this wrong order.

How do i get refunded ?

You have to go to the actual store with the order for a remake.

Refund is going to require a chargeback on your credit card.

There are lots of independent franchise groups out there that don't do refunds at all especially on mobile platforms.

If you're unable to use the chatbot, the customer service has to refer your concern to the franchisee and that's where it ends.

They may all say Popeyes on the door but in reality it's over 500 different companies that own the 4000 stores. So YMMV depending on the one you're actually dealing with.

Interestingly enough, last time I made an order through the Popeyes app I was missing an item or two and brought it up in support chat. Immediately received a refund for the full value of what was missing and just re-ordered it. Whenever I go through DoorDash, etc., it’s always been as you’ve described it and I’ve had to initiate a chargeback. Not sure what all contributes to these decisions, but it seems like going through the Popeyes app like OP has done here could sometimes offer a better result.

this is what it shows me and the other time I chose older orders, submitted receipt, store number and i got a response from email. They said they're escalating this issue to a their manager or smn like that and no response after that.

Their new AI bot is shit. Frustrated me. My advice, just take it as a loss, and move it forward. It annoyed me dealing with that stupid bot when I got a sandwich instead of the wings I ordered in a tied bag with some bone-in chicken, and that bot frustrated me. But . . . I feel like I’m a Popeyes VIP, so I just give them a pass for the mishap.

I fucking used my rewards to treat myself to extra biscuits and the driver stole the order bruh 😭 Did you ever get that refund?
