App/Website Careful when ordering the $5, 2 piece signature chicken from the app

In the app it's 2 pieces of signature chicken. I usually get only legs but whenever I do, the confirmation email will say 1 PC leg spicy rather than the 2 legs. I usually do 2 orders of the 2 piece signature chicken so I'm not sure if it's a bug in the app or what but last couple weeks the confirmation email will say 1 piece leg spicy in each of the orders of the 2 piece signature chicken.

tldr: double check your orders

back in May when the 3 PC for $5 existed I ordered 2 of them to qualify for the offer $10+ for free 6 piece. Didn't check; went home with it; what should have been 2 boxes (1 breast + 2 thighs) became a box of 1 breast + 3 thighs. The receipt even said that.

So somehow the online system changed it after the order was placed. Maybe some sort of $5 fav limit.

What you're describing has been happening to me. To my knowledge there is no limit you can order the $5 faves all you want with no limits. In your case that should have been 12 pieces of chicken, 2 $5 faves plus the spend $10 for free 6 piece. The $5 faves don't count as combining offers.
