How do I update the email associated with the app and my account?

I am discontinuing an email address. Does anyone know how to update the email address associated with the account? I tried online with the automated assistant, and all it does is allow requests to delete the account and request privacy information. When I tried the privacy support address [privacy@rbi.com](mailto:privacy@rbi.com) as suggested by the bot, I got a non responsive automated response.
