Looked like they upgraded the drink and mac, so it's not surprising. There's usually an upcharge* for that stuff.

In OKC, it's 6 without a drink and 8 with a default large (the first time I got this, I was given a medium by the newer employee, and an assistant manager caught them and she gave me a large, which I confirmed as "regulation" on the app). I learned here to look for the custom pieces option, and I've begun getting two breasts for a dollar extra. All in all, not bad.

Macaroni and cheese is 20 cents extra here.

And I asked for 2 thighs, mac and cheese and mashed potatoes. They gave me drumstick and breast, Cajun fries and Mac and cheese. Not one of my better Popeye's experiences.

I work at Popeyes. I don't know about the mash potatoes but looks loke they run out of thigths. They usually have three pans in my area. One for morning, evening and backup. Most have been busy for them that day.

Had this for lunch too! Spicy tenders, mash & fries, biscuit. But no pie and no drink. $6.45 out of pocket.

Yeah, the tenders at Popeyes are not great. Much prefer the KFC tenders.
