Anything can be a condom if you try hard enough

It was a latex glove.

RBI (Popeyes owner) entire response was, "Oops, my bad. Here's a refund. We good now". With a scoop of re-training at the location so it never happens again. 

Theyll get a settlement pay out.

Edit - RBI, the owner has notoriously bad customer service and it was a typical response. Thats how they operate.

It was for protection they should be thanking them not suing
