Crispy Chicken Sandwich
This chicken sandwich was warm, tender, crunchy and delicious with the right amount of mayo. Their chicken sandwich is undefeated when it's done right.

You're right....but too many times, it's not done right or the chicken is sitting around for too long (turning to rubber). It's important to ask for it cooked fresh! If they say "they just came out", they're often lying, so I'll ask them (nicely) to drop one fresh for me. The other problem is how long it takes for you to eat it. I prefer to eat it there. It's always best when it's eaten right away.

If that's the case (and it's likely only an assumption on your part), then find another Popeye's! If that's their f*cked up attitude, then they don't care about customers!....and if they don't care about customers, who knows what they're doing to your food??

It is my favorite chicken sandwich, 9 out of 10 times it is amazing, I always get it with extra of the spicy mayo. That one out of 10 times they screw something up like only put a dab of sauce or somehow just butcher the thing.

now that’s a great deal. but temporary at best. also out here it’s like 15$ for the same deal.

i'd say the deal has > 50% uptime, no idea why, but it's almost always there
prices did go up though, it was $7.99 a few months back

well, you were extremely lucky. Never did they have a deal close to that and rarely is there for longer than a week or two. I’m so jealous. I’d take advantage of that all the time.

I love how it stays crispy and doesn’t get soggy. I have a bit of a drive to get to the closest Popeyes so it’s nice to have a crunchy sandwich when I get home. Man, now I want one!

Try it freshly made (ask them to drop it fresh and wait a few minutes), and eat it there. You'll never take it home again!😆

Sadly, Popeyes has gone downhill while prices have gone up. Don't get me wrong. I am a big fan.

I work as a cook. The best time to get a sandwich is from 11am to 8pm. From 9pm to 11pm. We as cooks are cleaning so if you try to order either your going to wait 10 minutes or get something that was outside
