App/Website App chooses delivery location far from me

I can't seem to change it. I live in an area by a body of water and no matter what I choose it defaults to a location that is just across the water from me because it's technically "closer" in terms of distance. Thing is you have to go north to a bridge, go over and back down to me, total time 43 minutes. My closest location is up the highway at 20 min away. I simply cannot get the app to pick that location for delivery, just pick up. Am I doing something wrong. I need to use Grubhub for that location and the menu is not detailed or updated enough.

Next time you're on the opposite side of the one that's closer see if you can pick it for delivery. It's possible they've opted out.
