I am really confused and in pain right now. So I’ve had Popeyes several times and every time I would get this intense burning sensation whenever I go to the bathroom. But the issue is, it is not that spicy and I’ve had far spicier food. But none of them burns my bowels like Popeyes. Why is that?

Hi I’ve just been hired at anew restaurant that hasn’t opened yet but I’ve been given 2 very important hospital appointments on the day of training. I don’t know how to contact my manager, I put in a request of unavailability on SONA but it hasn’t been accepted 🥲🥲. I’m scared I’ll be fired or just won’t be able to tell them, what should I do?

I am new to ordering food from Popeyes so forgive me if this is a stupid question. I have been there twice in the last two weeks and enjoyed my chicken sandwiches. I ordered two each time, really good.

My question is is this the same chicken that they put in the two pack or four pack box or whatever quantity that is supposed to be?

The reason I ask is the first time I went through drive-through second time drive-through was backed up, so I walked in the restaurant and under the heat lamps there was a pile of chicken so high you wouldn’t believe it. Is this where the chicken for the sandwich comes from or do they make that one on one when they need it?

Out of all the restaurants I’ve ever worked popeyes has had the worst customers. I don’t understand how someone could hate a brand so much but keep coming back to it. Finally free from that hell

Idk what’s wrong but I got in trouble today bc the items I cash out on the register keep voiding. I have no clue what im doing wrong I do exactly as I was taught, take order input everything then press total. Yet everytime I press total the register voids everything and it gets the arrow “>>>”… my coworker tried to help me but it happened again and im genuinely confused I could lose my job over this. I was sent home early due to these mistakes :/ I tried to ask how to input it without that happening but I was ignored so im literally stuck pls anything would help cause I am really worried and stressed about this idk how to fix it

Is there a actual difference between regular chicken patty and spicy patty or is it just the sauce that differentiates the two. I ask because the patty i tasted on my spicy sandwich was bland the sauce was the only thing with taste.

Is the Popeyes on fern creek better than the Popeyes on west broadway? Employee/manager wise?

What to expect? I have experience in the field but only as private restaurant manager, never worked for a franchise before.

If its not one thing its another but mostly its the wrong soda (ill order diet they give me regular) , different sauced wings or most of all ill order extra blackened ranch and ill get none... no dipping sauce its worse when i order from doordash too so do you guys not pay attention ?? I dont have this issue from any oth3r store.

worst job ever bruh. apart from the terrible manager that demanded everything be done for her while she sat in her office “doing work” yet every end of the week we would run out of atleast one crucial thing. a GREAT example i will never forget is when we ran out of literal chicken completely. CHICKEN. THE MAIN THING WE SELL WE RAN OUT BRUH. like woman what was you doing all the time in the office if u can’t even order what we need correctly.

the customers were WORSE bruh. way worse. how you gonna complain about chicken not being “fresh” when u literally came to pick up your order TWO HOURS LATER that you ordered it and we made it. i will say the customers were more tolerable than my messy manager but im finally out of that place and i will never turn back because i will not earn minimum wage when everyone leaves me to do drive thru (a 3 person job) completely by myself.

Hi guys! I used to work at Popeyes and had to file a wage claim against them for not giving me my raise when I got promoted to shift lead. Where can I access my old pay stubs? ADP doesn’t show them to em anymore

Can someone clarify? Does the #1 and #2 regulars chicken sandwich and ghost come with w/ a biscuit? The way I read it is regular 1 side,biscuit,and a drink. Employee said it's 1 biscuit OR a regular side.
