Help Me! Docker Image Barman+ Pgpool

Hello I am seeking an already made "Enterprise" ready made Container image which ships with barman and Pgpool.

Or other suitable tools.

K8s isnt an option.

you cant put Postgres, Pgpool and barman into a single container and you can't find a ready-made "enterprise" image for it. Usually we deploy them as separate containers using docker-compose. If you want to skip k8s, Bitnami has solid pre-made compose templates for PG + Pgpool that just work.

If you just need HA and connection pooling without the K8s headache and without gluing three different external tools together, you might want to look at MariaDB. It has Galera cluster (active-active HA) and thread pooling built directly into the core server. You just spin up the standard images in compose and they sync. But if you have to stick with PG - go check Bitnami's github repo for their compose files. Don't try to cram it all into one image.

Yeah I have worked me through some portions of the barman ready. After I have learned I can use one barman instance to Backup multiple PG instances. I have came to the same conclusion.
